CEOs had a tasteful meeting with Nikki Malley, owner of Malley Farms, on Seminary St. Nikki specializes in small-batch, locally made jams, jellies and more.
Nikki was a tenured music professor at Knox College and got into canning her own food, which led to the interest in making her own jams with a slight gourmet twist!
She took the leap of faith, retired from her professorship, renovated a space on Historic Seminary St. in Galesburg, as she wanted a retail space with an open concept where customers can see the production of her products in the very clean kitchen along with allowing people to sample her products in a “gift shop” type experience.
Stop in, say hi, taste some of the very unique flavors that Malley Farms has to offer, you won’t be disappointed!
Thanks, Nikki, for sharing your entrepreneurial journey with the CEOs!
