CEOs got to see the inner workings of the largest and oldest art supply company in the USA, Blick Art Materials, located in Galesburg, IL.
Tony Querciagrossa, the supply chain manager, took us on a tour of the “smaller” warehouse which is approximately 200,000 square feet.
The technology and logistics required to move 7-10,000 boxes daily with over 107,000 different items is an amazing thing to witness.
With annual sales of over $500,000,000 and how they take care of their employees with a quality work environment and benefits, it is easy to see why they are one of the top employers in the Knox County area.
Thanks Tony for “supplying” the CEOs with expanding their view of what can be accomplished on a large scale in the business world in west central Illinois.
