We were led today by Damon Tomeo, former college football player and college football coach, turned Financial Advisor.
Damon was brought in to share his journey and discuss Leadership qualities.
Damon “kicked off” the class with a game called Questions for Humans and got to know each CEO a little bit, then he would answer the same question so the CEOs would get to know him.
Highly recommend this game!
Damon also shared some key lessons from one of his favorite books, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, along with giving each CEO a personal copy of the book! A few of the key takeaways:
You’ll become the avarrage for the 5 people you spend the most time with.
We can’t do everything alone, it is ok to ask for help.
And maybe the most important lesson, hard is not bad, it’s just hard.
Thank you, Damon for taking the time to “Coach” these CEOs!
