We had the pleasure this morning of being joined by Isabella Glomchit, a CEO alumni and her Mentor, Pam Perkins.
Isabella shared her CEO experience and how she came up with the idea to create a Podcast focusing on sharing love and positivity to bring a smile and good vibes to others!
Isabella’s best piece of advice for this year’s CEOs is to be confident and go for it!
Pam focused on the Mentor/Mentee relationship and how it was a positive experience for Isabella and Pam, sharing how she got as much out of their relationship as Isabella did.
Even though Pam isn’t a Podcast expert, she was able to bring her connections with other local people who do podcasts.
One of the most important things Mentors can do is share their circle of influence with others.
Pam also said that “you are in charge of your own destiny and you have to sell yourself.”
