Several entrepreneurial lessons learned with Phil Dickinson at the Landmark Cafe & Creperie, one of the longest established places on Historic Seminary St. in Galesburg.
Phil was very humble and took little credit in his successes, instead giving credit to the people that came before him, mentored him and left a solid foundation building on the efforts of many people.
Phil shared that his talented employees are the key reason the Landmark has such a quality reputation. Their main goal is to entertain and provide an enjoyable experience for all their dining customers. Mission accomplished!
